Villari’s Adult Martial Arts classes offer instruction in Shaolin Kempo Karate, Western Boxing, Boxing Aerobics, Fitness, and Self-Defense. Villari’s Martial Arts program is designed for adults to relieve everyday stress and strain, invigorate energy level, increase strength and endurance, improve reflexes, balance, flexibility and coordination, as well as improving concentration and focus.
We realize that each individual possess different natural abilities - size and strength will vary from person to person, etc. That is why, once you have acquired a strong foundation and ability in the basics, our programs are individualized to match your physical capabilities in order to maximize your skills.
Our exclusive Shaolin Kempo Karate system incorporates the best of all martial arts styles for unparalleled physical and mental benefits. You can participate in regional and national tournaments which let you compete with your peers and share your interests. With our system, you may work towards an advanced martial arts rank or belt, or just have fun!
Villari’s women only

This class is exclusively for women teaching personal safety skills and building self confidence. Even if you are out of shape and would like to gradually get healthier or are in shape and want to get in better shape, we can help you toward those goals. Through this class you will gain greater discipline to become a happier, more successful, patient, and aware woman. There are many different ways a woman can be a victim. We specialize in helping you to know what to do in case of a violent situation.
Be a part of strengthening our society by not being a victim! In a violent situation, know that you have the tools and the skills to have a chance at protecting yourself! The experience will be a positive one and a class that you do not want to miss. You will come away from the first class feeling stronger and empowered. You will find that while you are reducing anxiety and relaxing you are learning to believe in yourself and you will have a greater sense of self-respect.
Men & Women Ages 70 +
It is never too late to start taking care of yourself.
This class is specifically tailored for martial arts students over 70 years of age.
In this class you will learn a way to increase your energy. By using your mind and breath, as well as, to put your body into certain postures and movements, it is possible to stimulate and direct the vital energy throughout your body.
Unlike rigorous and exhaustive exercise programs of the west, the soft flowing movements of Shaolin stimulate the vital flow of energy and direct it throughout the body where it is needed.
You will leave this class feeling more energized and stronger than you ever thought possible.
